<p style="text-align: justify;">So, what&#8217;s the question? <span style="color: #800000;"><em><strong>&#8220;What do I do when I want to transform my body into an athletic body?&#8221;</strong></em></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It&#8217;s no secret, men and women all over the world exercise because they want to CHANGE the way they look. One day, they take a good, hard look at themselves in the mirror, and don&#8217;t like the person staring back at them. And, not only do they want to change their appearance, but they want to change it fast!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #000080;"><strong>And more often than not, they want the CHANGE to result in a more athletic looking and performing body.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">That&#8217;s when they ask, <em>&#8220;What do I do when I want to transform my body fast?&#8221;</em> And that&#8217;s when I answer, <strong>&#8220;A dumbbell workout program.&#8221; </strong>Then they look at me funny! I&#8217;m about to explain why I believe a dumbbell workout program is best for body transformation. And by the time you finish reading this, I think you&#8217;ll agree.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">But, before I tell you why I believe a proper dumbbell workout program is the best workout program to change the way your body looks, I want to clarify something.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>You see, you&#8217;ve spent months (if not years) getting your body to look the way it does.</strong> That lack of muscle tone and flab hanging around your middle didn&#8217;t appear overnight. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Making a drastic change in the way you look does take time.</span> There is no miracle workout (or diet) that changes you overnight. But, there are some methods faster than others.</p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Here&#8217;s the good news&#8230;</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">If you have a pair of dumbbells hidden somewhere, dust them off and get a great at home dumbbell workout!</span> What you&#8217;ll find is, dumbbells are a great way to get a full body workout. And as far as weighted exercise goes, they are the most versatile, useful and effective pieces of equipment you can use.</p>

<p>See, a full body workout using only dumbbells that you can do at home!</p>
<p><strong>How can we make this workout better? </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Well, I would like to see some full body, explosive exercises like the Clean &amp; Press, Snatch and Dumbbell Swing. (<span style="text-decoration: underline;">I also like to focus my workout structure on MOVEMENTS, not the muscles the exercise workouts</span>&#8230; <em>but I know this is a hard habit to break</em>). But all in all this is a pretty standard and effective dumbbell workout. I also liked to see mixing in some predominately bodyweight exercises into the mix, like I do in <a href="http://www.bestathomeworkouts.com/gbw/" target="_blank">Gladiator Body Workout</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The only problem is, to reach (or even exceed), your fitness, fat loss and physique building goals you can&#8217;t use just ONE workout. </strong>What you really need to reach your goals is a SERIES of dumbbell workouts that progressively improve fitness, burn fat and build an athletically muscular body. While one workout will work wonderfully for a while, it will lose its effectiveness with time. Once your body makes the necessary changes to meet the challenges of the workout, it stops making changes. This means no more athletic improvement. No more fat loss. And no more functional muscle.</p>
